ORDERS & DELIVERY
What is the cut-off time for placing my order?
In order to manage on-time deliveries we offer the following orders cut-off times:
- Mondays 9 am (for deliveries Thursday and Friday)
- Wednesday 9 am (for deliveries Saturday-Wednesday)
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Melbourne CBD and nearby suburbs: Preston, Coburg, Fawkner, Thomastown, Kingsbury, and Heidelberg.
All our deliveries are contactless. Your order is packed in boxes that are safe to stay outside for a short time however we do recommend receiving and storing your meals as quickly as possible.
How much does delivery cost?
We currently offer a flat rate of $15.99 for deliveries to Melbourne CBD and Northern Suburbs.
Do you offer free delivery?
We required a minimum order of $100 for the order to be delivered. If your order exceeds $100 you may be eligible for free delivery. We also offer free pick-up from our Reservoir Victoria premises.
Can I choose my delivery time?
We are working on this. Please contact us with details of your order and desired delivery time and we’ll do our best to get it to you on time.

FOOD & INGREDIENTS
Are your products fresh or frozen?
Our products can be delivered either fresh or frozen. For more information check the products description.
Do you offer vegan or vegetarian food options?
Yes, we do and are expanding our menu weekly.
Do you offer gluten-free or allergen-free dietary options?
Although we have some meals that don’t include added gluten, our products might not be suitable for coeliacs.
This is the same for any allergen such as dairy, seafood, crustaceans, nuts etc. Although our meals may not contain added allergens in their ingredients all meals are prepared in kitchens that may prepare these ingredients at other times.
